Join me at my studio and spend a relaxed afternoon creating a floral table design inspired by the changing season.

Using seasonal flowers and foliages grown here in Ullapool, alongside stems from other carefully selected British-grown flowers, you'll create your own elegant, foam-free table arrangement to take home. Together, we'll then style the designs into one beautiful seasonal tablescape, sharing ideas for creating a welcoming table for gatherings with family and friends.

Light refreshments will be served to keep your creativity flowing, and there will be plenty of time to enjoy the flowers, ask questions and simply slow down.

Whether you're a complete beginner or have designed flowers before, this workshop will be relaxed, encouraging and enjoyable. No previous experience is needed.

Working with flowers is wonderfully restorative. Spending time with your hands in nature has been shown to reduce stress, encourage mindfulness and offer a welcome pause from busy everyday life.

At the end of the workshop you'll take home:

• Your own handcrafted late summer table arrangement.

• Ideas for refreshing your arrangement using seasonal ingredients from your own garden.

• Inspiration for creating beautiful seasonal tables throughout the year.

All flowers, foliage, vessels and sustainable materials are included.
